Director of Year 11/12 Studies
St James’ is looking for a dynamic, innovative and passionate leader to support the Year 11 and 12 students to maximise their post school outcomes in conjunction with key staff. The role is full-time and there is an allowance on top of the normal teaching salary. The Director of Year 11 and 12 Studies will work closely with the pastoral Head of Year 11.
This role commences in January 2026. The teaching load will be determined on the expertise of the staff member, and is envisaged to be approximately 0.6-0.7 teaching.
This role includes the pastoral care of Year 12 students, and overseeing the pastoral team of this cohort. They will be responsible for managing key events for the Year 12 group.
Experience teaching Year 11 and 12 ATAR is seen as essential for this role.
