Last week marked the magical launch of Quill and Compass, our brand-new writing club for budding authors in Years 8 to 10.

In true storybook fashion, each student received their invitation via owl post, adding a whimsical touch to the occasion. This exciting initiative from our English Department will provide students with inspiring workshops, creative challenges, and guest author visits designed to help them grow as writers and storytellers.

Quill and Compass isn’t just about writing — it’s about sparking imagination, building confidence, and creating a space where young writers can share their passion with like-minded peers (and enjoy a few snacks along the way).
