This year our community has embraced serving others, delivering an extraordinary range of charitable initiatives that have made a lasting impact. Our four House Charity Days rallied students, families, and staff to donate generously, resulting in overwhelming support for those in need.
Through our Cub Sandwiches program, in partnership with Eat Up, we supported seven local primary schools by providing nutritious meals for children. Over 2,000 tins of food were donated to St Vinnies, and we made regular deliveries to The Salvation Army and Food4All, helping to create food hampers for struggling families.
Toiletry packs were thoughtfully prepared for families, and period products were donated to Share the Dignity. Our Lionheart initiative comforted grieving children with hand-sewn hearts, while care packages for Ronald McDonald House supported children undergoing medical treatment and their siblings.
We extended our support to animals, donating supplies to local vets, the Cat Haven, and Dog Refuge. Food and toiletry donations also supported the Indigenous Health Unity Initiative, in partnership with Mooditj Koort.
We raised over $5,000 for the youth homelessness service Street Connect, and internationally contributed gifts and by hand made bricks to build toilet blocks at Cambodia’s Treak Community Centre.
As we end of the school year we donated seven wheelie bins of food to the Wanneroo City Council Christmas Appeal. Our school pantry is now empty, ready for new initiatives in 2025!
This remarkable effort would not have been possible without the generosity of our school community, whose support has brought hope and help to countless people. Thank you for making 2024 a year of compassion and impact.
